At Willis & Gambier, we take customer care very seriously. We have a number of ways for our customer care team to help you:


Q: Do you use solid wood?

A: At Willis & Gambier, we use a mixture of solid wood and veneers.

Q: Does Willis & Gambier furniture come flat-packed?

A: In general, only beds, wardrobes and tables will come part-assembled. All other items are fully assembled when packaged. Some pieces may have feet which need attaching, for example dressing tables and stools.

Q: Does Willis & Gambier make bespoke pieces?

A: No. We design our ranges with versatility in mind to ensure we offer something for every taste and style.

Q: Does your wood come from sustainable sources?

A: Willis & Gambier recognises that there is a need to be pro-active in assuring that its own timber supplies meet and exceed minimum levels of forest management. We have therefore developed a timber procurement policy, which strives to ensure that all timber used in Willis & Gambier products is fully traceable, fully compliant with legal requirements and finally progressing towards sustainability.

Q: How can I find my nearest stockist?

A: Please click onto our ‘Find a Stockist’ section to find ways of contacting us in order to locate your nearest stockist.

Q: How many boxes do the beds and wardrobes come packed in?

A: In general, both items come packed in 4 boxes. Tables tend to be packed in 1-2 boxes.

Q: I need assembly instructions for my bed/wardrobe – do you have copies?

A: For assembly instructions please call our Customer Care team on 01733 318 400.

Q: My furniture has arrived but there are no fittings? What should I do?

A: Fittings are always placed inside the carton. Please check each part of the internal packaging with care. If no fittings are found, please contact the stockist where you purchased the furniture.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my furniture?

A: We advise you to contact the stockist where you purchased the furniture from.
